The entire team has been working remotely since 2008. As a result, we know how to manage distributed development comfortably and efficiently. There are offices for work and meetings in San Francisco, Berlin, and Moscow.

We are looking for a technology-savvy person.

Responsibilities

1. Maintaining the entire sales cycle: prospecting, identifying, & closing new business deals
2. Planning and execution of outbound campaigns to potential prospects
3. Qualify sales opportunities and work to reach the decision-makers within the company
4. Give online presentations tailored to each business individual needs
5. Make efficient use of business-to-business referrals, leverage existing relationships to cement new opportunities

Requirements

– Customer-driven with an adaptable and versatile approach to finding solutions

– Excellent communication and presentation skills

– Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality

– Experience in building a contact database

– 3+ years of experience in software outsourcing

– Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, communication, or information technology

– Good understanding of software development processes and technologies

– A well-developed network of personal contacts
